Shayan Khorsandi, MD completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cooper University Hospital. Dr. Khorsandi received his B.S. degree in General Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus and his doctorate in medicine from Ponce School of Medicine, Puerto Rico.
Dr. Khorsandi is a member of medical and OB/GYN organizations such as ACOG and AMA. He is trained in minimally invasive surgery with interest in gynecological robotic surgery. In addition during his residency he obtained much experience in high risk obstetrics.
He is a passionate and dedicated doctor who is fluent in Spanish. We are excited to welcome him to the Alliance ObGyn family.
Chike Obianwu, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN and Cosmetic Surgeon, who has extensive training in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, with a special interest in fibroid management. Dr. Obianwu received his B.S. degree in Microbiology from Tulsa University and his Doctorate in Medicine from Ross University. He has extensive experience in high-risk obstetrics, Da Vinci robotic surgery and minimally invasive cosmetic gynecology. He is a fellow of the American College of Gynecology, the American College of Surgeons, and the American College of Cosmetic Surgery. His academic career spans over 20 years, in which he has held various teaching appointments including Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Buffalo and currently Drexel University.
Dr. Obianwu was the Chief of Obstetrics at Virtua-Memorial Hospital of Burlington County for ten years before resigning his position in 2016. He has served in various medical staff and leadership roles and sits on several committees at this institution. He helped to pilot the Da Vinci robotic surgery program and is a member of the Virtua Hospital Robotic Steering Committee.
Dr. Obianwu is a member of many local and national medical, OB/GYN, and cosmetic surgery organizations, including ACOG, AMA, AAGL, American Society for Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the Society for Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, the American Acadmey of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Obianwu is one of the most experienced gynecological robotic surgeons in South Jersey. He has been selected as a national proctor for Da Vinci. He has educated many surgeons throughout the country in the use of the Da Vinci system. He has performed robotic surgery at three local area hospitals, Virtua, Lourdes and Cooper University Hospital, over the last ten years. In addition to performing robotic cases he continues to proctor physicians nationwide.
Named Top Doctor in New Jersey consecutively since 2010 by various organizations. Dr. Obianwu provides care in all areas of Women’s Health. He acts as a consultant for minimally invasive, robotic surgery and obstetrics in highly complex cases. He is dedicated to advancing healthcare for women using new technologies with minimally invasive approaches to better treat patients. He is passionate about high risk obstetrics and is sought out globally for his expertise and care.
Dr. Renee Hypolite was born in Washington, D.C., and was raised along the east coast of the United States as her mother worked and traveled as an army nurse. She is a graduate of The Military College of South Carolina (also known as “The Citadel”), where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in psychology. Dr. Hypolite went on to earn her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008. She then completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Hypolite is a member of various medical organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Hypolite is married to Chukwumaobi Onyeanusi, who is a commercial pilot and flies for a regional airline. They are the proud parents of a son, Ajani, who loves to draw. During Dr. Hypolite’s free time, she enjoys working out, spending time with family, and traveling.
